This hotel is fabulous. On arrival we were met with very friendly and efficient staff. Our room on the 15th floor had a good view. The room was spacious and had coffee and (unusually for US) tea making facilities. The coffee was good quality and there was even Assam tea available. The TV worked very well. The bathroom was absolutely lovely with a huge walk in shower with plenty of hot water. The restaurant was similarly excellent with great staff, great food, and great atmosphere. The location was also fantastic- 5 minute walk from the subway and close to centre of town.

Would highly recommend this hotel, the location is perfect in my view, not too busy to cause frustration outside but extremely central. The design of the hotel and the rooms are excellent and both are very cosy. The bed was probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever come across. Loved the room layout & view, staff on the entrance & reception very welcoming and Matthew the manager very helpful.

Very close to Penn Station so you can get about with ease and a short walk to the Empire State Building. Large safe, and room came with an iron and ironing board. Friendly staff. Modern bathroom, spacious shower, could of done with a bath.

Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. A great range of TV channels including HBO+, Netflix Staff were very good and helpful. The bar and restaurant facilities were very good in terms of food choice and quality.

The room was spacious (particularly for midtown Manhattan) and the bathroom was well-appointed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Out of all the other three hotels that I've stayed in recently in midtown (in the last 6 months) this was my favorite. It was a good value, a great location, and a more upscale hotel. I would book again.
